Bell Person – Luxury Hospitality Role

About the role

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is looking for a Bell Person to deliver warm, personalised arrivals and departures for guests. The role is the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from the moment guests step into the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist with luggage handling, transport, and storage.
• Escort guests to their residences, explaining room features and hotel facilities.
• Provide information about local attractions and services.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, Housekeeping and Security to ensure smooth operations.
• Support departure processes, including luggage collection and checkout assistance.

Required profile

• Energetic, guest‑focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical stamina to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (e.g., OPERA) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of local area and transportation options.
