About the role
As a Bellman (Guest Arrival Expert) you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing at our Luxury Collection hotel in Al Wathba South, Abu Dhabi. You will ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression and supports a seamless stay.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, assist with luggage and guide them to their rooms.
- Handle guest requests, provide local area information and coordinate transportation.
- Process operational tasks such as reporting, documentation and coordination with other departments.
- Maintain safety standards, follow company policies and protect assets.
- Perform physical duties including lifting, carrying and moving items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or professional licenses needed.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks safely.
