Bid Manager – Remote Freelance (AI Lab)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to engage experienced bid managers who will help train its latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role focuses on public‑sector RFI/RFP responses and related solicitation deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows such as RFI responses, compliance matrices, past‑performance narratives, pricing submissions, capture plans, and executive summaries.
• Own the development and maintenance of compliance matrices, past‑performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive government solicitations.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading RFI and RFP responses for public‑sector or government contracting opportunities.
• Direct ownership of compliance matrices, past‑performance narratives, and capture plans for competitive solicitations.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Compensation of $100 per hour.
• Flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired) with fully remote work.
