Bihler Machine Operator – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Bihler Machine Operator to join a leading global power management company's plant in Dubai. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and reliable output.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, calibrate, and monitor Bihler cam‑controlled machines and related production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs to minimise downtime.
• Carry out machine adjustments, preventive maintenance, and routine cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Monitor production orders, provide status updates, and ensure finished products are stored correctly.
• Conduct quality inspections in line with established procedures and standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Escalate equipment or production issues promptly for timely resolution.

Required profile

• Experience operating cam‑controlled Bihler machines (minimum 1 month).
• Familiarity with Wafios or Finzer machines is a strong advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Hands‑on experience in metal stamping, bending, welding, and assembly processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Proactive approach to workplace safety and continuous improvement.
