Bilingual Legal Associate (Arabic/English)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Legal Associate to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. The role offers the chance to work on both contentious and non‑contentious matters while developing a solid practice within a dynamic UAE law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and translate contracts, legal documents and correspondence in Arabic and English.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings and case briefs.
• Represent and assist clients before UAE courts, tribunals and government authorities.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel and government entities in both languages.
• Manage case files, deadlines and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support senior lawyers and partners on litigation and advisory matters.
• Attend client meetings, hearings and negotiations as required.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent; UAE Bar admission or eligibility to practice in the UAE is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a UAE law firm.
• Strong drafting, research and analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with UAE civil, commercial and/or labour law.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
