About the role

Grnata Group is seeking a qualified lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support and counsel across its subsidiaries. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, managing disputes, and ensuring compliance with Bahraini laws.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and real‑estate development documents.
• Provide legal advice to Marketing, Sales, Management, and Projects on daily transactions and corporate decisions.
• Monitor and manage corporate lawsuits and legal claims, coordinating with external counsel and judicial authorities.
• Ensure all company operations, policies, and activities align with local regulations and real‑estate laws.
• Maintain organized legal records of contracts, licenses, and disputes securely.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Licensing: Valid license to practice law or eligibility for local court admission in Bahrain.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial or real‑estate environments.

Required skills

• Exceptional contract drafting and legal writing in Arabic and English.
• In‑depth knowledge of Bahraini commercial and real‑estate regulations.
• Strong negotiation and dispute‑resolution abilities.
