BIM Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the Building Information Modeling processes for newly awarded large‑scale projects in Dubai. The role involves coordinating multiple subcontractor models, overseeing BIM reporting, and ensuring seamless integration of 4D and 5D data throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, manage, and integrate multiple subcontractor BIM models.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly BIM reporting, including temporary, logistics, and permanent elements in 4D and 5D formats.
• Create and maintain BIM execution plans that follow project specifications, progressing from LOD 250 to LOD 500.
• Maintain and analyze federated models for coordination purposes.
• Review clash detection results, communicate conflicts, and manage resolution processes.
• Schedule and facilitate coordination meetings with technical, construction, and design teams.
• Facilitate subcontractor communication before, during, and after meetings.
• Collaborate with designers and owners to review model deliverables.
• Produce virtual construction reports and compile BIM close‑out documentation.
• Support the project team with construction coordination, scheduling, and layout driven by 3D model data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM execution planning.
• Experience with 4D and 5D modeling.
• Knowledge of LOD 250‑500 standards.
• Ability to manage federated models for coordination.
• Clash detection and conflict resolution expertise.
• Construction coordination and scheduling using BIM data.
• Virtual construction reporting.
