About the role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler to create and manage detailed Revit models for fire rated doors, steel doors, wooden doors, windows, and joinery systems across projects in the UAE. The role requires close collaboration with design, technical, and project teams to ensure full compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop accurate BIM models for fire doors, steel doors, wooden doors, windows, and joinery components.
- Coordinate BIM data with other disciplines to maintain model integrity.
- Prepare shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and installation drawings.
- Support project submittals, material approvals, and design documentation.
- Verify that all models meet UAE Civil Defence fire safety codes.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler working with fire rated doors, joinery, steel or wooden doors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE fire safety codes and Civil Defence regulations.
- Ability to produce precise shop and installation drawings.
- Currently based in the UAE with immediate or short‑notice availability.
