Graduate Architect – Emirati National (Dubai)

About the role

WSP in the Middle East is looking for an Emirati graduate with a degree in architecture to join our Dubai office. The position offers exposure to the strategic side of design and consultancy, working closely with senior leaders on proposals, planning and client engagement for high‑profile projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop high‑quality proposals for major architecture and consultancy projects.
• Assist in business‑strategy development, track market‑segment targets and prepare technical content for bids, EOIs and capability statements.
• Ensure all submissions meet WSP’s governance, branding and quality standards.
• Participate in internal planning meetings, design reviews and proposal‑strategy sessions.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support proposal development.
• Help organise industry events, conferences and client meetings when required.
• Maintain structured documentation, templates and shared resources for the team.

Required profile

• UAE national (Emirati passport holder).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related design discipline.
• Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Interest in architecture, strategic thinking and proposal writing.
• Familiarity with bid/proposal development processes (advantageous).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and document‑formatting skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong visual presentation and layout abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Basic understanding of commercial principles within a design or consultancy context.
