BIM Modeler - MEP

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Engineer to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will create and maintain high‑quality 3D MEP models and associated drawing packages, ensuring technical accuracy and coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MEP Revit models to project standards.
• Produce 2D drawings, sections, elevations, schedules and construction documents from the models.
• Create, modify and manage parametric Revit families, templates and libraries.
• Identify and resolve modelling inconsistencies, clashes and documentation issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and project teams to integrate design updates.
• Maintain model structure, naming conventions, worksets, shared coordinates and documentation standards.
• Support extraction of quantities, schedules and model‑based information.
• Participate in coordination meetings and incorporate agreed actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in BIM modelling and MEP drafting.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, coordinated deliverables.
• Proven ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Extensive experience with BIM modelling for MEP disciplines.
• Creation and management of Revit families and parametric components.
