Project Manager - Drilling And Grouting

About the role

The Project Manager will lead drilling and grouting projects, including anchors, micropiles and ground improvement works, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will coordinate site operations, manage resources and act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee all site activities, from mobilisation to execution, while managing resources and schedules.
• Review and approve method statements, risk assessments and technical sub‑mittals for drilling and grouting works.
• Monitor progress, productivity and performance, applying corrective actions to maintain quality, safety and cost targets.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and control costs to ensure profitability.
• Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, specifications and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of experience in drilling and grouting projects, including anchors and micropiles.
• Proven track record in managing geotechnical or foundation engineering projects.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, codes and standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of drilling techniques and grouting methods.
• Experience in ground engineering and foundation practices.
• Understanding of local construction regulations (UAE).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
