Bodyshop Supervisor – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

The Bodyshop Supervisor will lead the commercial vehicle bodyshop operations, focusing on insurance‑related repairs and fleet customer engagements. This role ensures efficient claim processing, strong insurer relationships, and achievement of revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit detailed repair estimates for insurance cases.
• Follow up on insurance approvals, minimize rejections, and expedite delayed claims.
• Maintain complete documentation for claims, approvals, and repair orders.
• Proactively contact insurance companies and fleet customers to generate repair jobs.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key insurance partners and large fleet customers.
• Handle corporate claim procedures, negotiate approvals, and ensure smooth repair handling.
• Provide customers with updates on claim status, repair progress, and vehicle readiness.
• Resolve disputes or clarification requests from customers and insurers.
• Track insurance jobs throughout the bodyshop process and coordinate with the Workshop Manager and Parts Department.
• Communicate job completion to customers and arrange timely deliveries.
• Support monthly revenue and profitability targets and report on workflow, claim volume, and approval rates.

Required profile
