Boutique Manager – Luxury Jewellery (Dubai)

About the role

The Boutique Manager will lead the daily operations of a high‑end jewellery boutique in Dubai, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, security and customer experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales professionals and cultivating relationships with VIP, high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee boutique operations, visual merchandising and product security.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while monitoring key performance indicators.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to maximise profitability.
• Leverage an extensive client database to schedule appointments, drive repeat purchases and generate referrals.
• Lead, coach and motivate the boutique team to deliver exceptional service.
• Organise VIP events, private appointments and high‑value transactions.
• Prepare regular sales, client‑eling and market reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Boutique or Store Manager in luxury jewellery.
• Proven track record of managing and developing a retail sales team.
• Strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market and high‑end clientele.
• Existing client network and extensive client database highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
