Brand & Content Graphic Designer

About the role

The Brand & Content Graphic Designer will join a fast‑growing hospitality marketing and design team. This hands‑on role creates high‑quality visual brand assets and social‑media content for a portfolio of hospitality concepts, balancing graphic design with short‑form content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Produce visual brand assets across digital, print, operational and in‑venue touchpoints.
• Apply approved brand guidelines consistently across multiple hospitality concepts.
• Design collateral such as menus, packaging, signage, uniforms, presentations, event materials, point‑of‑sale items and in‑venue communications.
• Create digital assets for social media, website support, campaign launches, email communications and internal presentations.
• Ensure all artwork follows brand standards for typography, colour, imagery and layout.
• Prepare accurate, production‑ready files for print, fabrication and digital use.
• Maintain organised source files, asset libraries, templates and version‑control systems.
• Capture, edit and adapt short‑form photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Support content planning and campaign execution through strong visual storytelling.
• Meet fast‑paced operational and launch deadlines while working across multiple brand identities.

Required profile

• Creative, hands‑on designer comfortable moving between graphic design and content creation.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to execute approved brand systems accurately.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving hospitality environment and meeting tight deadlines.
• Able to capture and edit on‑site visual content and produce platform‑native social media assets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CapCut for short‑form video editing.
• Strong graphic design skills for both digital and print media.
• Ability to capture and edit short‑form photo and video content.
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content formats.
