Brand Designer

About the role

Copernicus is looking for a Brand Designer in Dubai who believes every detail shapes how a brand is experienced. You will work closely with the creative team to build identities and design systems that are clear, consistent and stand out. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Create strong and consistent visual identities for brands across different industries
• Design logos, brand systems and guidelines that work across all touchpoints
• Work on campaign creatives, presentations and marketing materials
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams to bring brand ideas to life
• Keep design consistent across digital and offline platforms
• Take part in brainstorming sessions and creative concepts
• Manage several design projects from concept to final delivery

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in branding or graphic design
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity and design work
• Good understanding of typography, colour and layout
• Conceptual thinking with attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
