Brand Executive – Consumer Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Executive to shape and drive the consumer brand’s positioning, messaging and visual identity. The role will work closely with agencies and internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, develop and refine brand positioning and messaging for consumer products.
• Collaborate with creative, packaging and media agencies to bring the brand identity to life.
• Provide direction on packaging design, label compliance and visual storytelling.
• Plan, execute and optimise ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, email, SEO/SEM and influencer programmes.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, media buying and event agencies, negotiating costs and timelines.
• Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and adjust tactics as needed.
• Create POSM assets for online and offline channels.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.
• Align marketing efforts with sales targets and manage the marketing budget.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG or a digital marketing agency.
• Hands‑on exposure to brand promotions, trade activations and digital marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a creative eye for design.
• Master’s degree in Marketing from a recognised institute.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite.
