Branding & Design Specialist

About the role

The Specialist, Branding & Design will develop and execute branding strategies and design solutions that align with ADNOC Group’s vision and goals. This role creates impactful visual content, manages corporate branding initiatives, and ensures consistency across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding strategies that support organisational objectives.
• Create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, presentations and digital platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across internal and external communication channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to align branding efforts.
• Manage corporate branding initiatives, including events and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
• Oversee production of branded materials, ensuring quality and adherence to guidelines.
• Provide creative direction to internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of branding strategies and campaigns.
• Continuously improve branding and design processes for efficiency.
