Branding & PR Manager

About the role

INGOT is seeking a dynamic Branding & PR Manager to safeguard and promote the identity of its three brands – INGOT, Rise, and Finoro – across regulated financial markets. You will work at the intersection of brand strategy and public relations, ensuring a consistent, premium image while supporting the group’s expansion in GCC, MENA, LATAM and African regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a group‑level brand architecture that differentiates each brand while aligning with shared values and visual standards.
• Own and enforce brand guidelines, reviewing all marketing, PR and partner‑facing materials for tone, positioning and visual consistency.
• Shape brand direction for regional markets (GCC, MENA, LATAM, Africa) without diluting overall coherence.
• Build and nurture relationships with financial, business and industry media across key markets and global hubs.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, press releases, media kits and corporate announcements for product launches, sponsorships and other initiatives.
• Support senior leadership with speaking opportunities, media training, key messaging and crisis communication.
