Digital Marketing Specialist – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

The Performance Digital Marketing Specialist will lead and optimise online campaigns that generate qualified leads and boost brand awareness for ZSR’s luxury property portfolio. Based on‑site in Abu Dhabi, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across paid search, social and display channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance‑driven campaigns on paid search, paid social and display platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse web‑analytics data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROAS.
• Create and test ad creatives, manage budgets and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate with sales and listing teams to align marketing activities with inventory availability.
• Prepare regular performance reports, stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends in real estate and recommend new tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance‑focused digital marketing and online campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid and organic social media strategies across major platforms.
• Ability to interpret web‑analytics data and optimise campaigns based on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration and presenting results.
• Background in real estate or luxury brands and familiarity with the Abu Dhabi/UAE market is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
