About the role

The Brightstar Program is a part‑time opportunity designed for UAE national university students who wish to gain hands‑on experience at one of the world’s leading professional services firms. Over the course of the program you will work alongside Deloitte’s consulting teams in Abu Dhabi, contributing to client projects and business development activities while developing sector‑specific knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Assist business development teams in identifying and contacting target companies.
• Support project teams to deliver high‑quality client experiences.
• Participate in engagements across sectors such as Energy, Industrial Resources, Financial Services, and Government & Public Sector.
• Help analyse data and generate insights to inform client solutions.
• Contribute ideas that challenge conventional thinking and uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a reputable university with a GPA above 2.5.
• Positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• UAE national status.
