About the role

The Broker Relationship Manager – Projects will lead the development and growth of Savills' strategic relationships with key real‑estate brokerages across the UAE. Focused on driving project sales performance, the role combines relationship management, data insight and strategic planning to maximise revenue from Savills' exclusive projects portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow senior‑level relationships with leading real‑estate brokerages across the UAE.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior brokerage stakeholders, providing timely updates on project launches, pricing, availability and sales performance.
• Own and maintain the brokerage segmentation framework, identifying strategic and high‑growth partners.
• Create and execute tailored account plans for top‑performing and high‑potential brokerages to drive sustained revenue growth.
• Develop emerging and mid‑sized brokerages into high‑performing partners through targeted support and strategic engagement.
• Plan, deliver and host broker briefings, site visits, training sessions and performance events aligned with project sales objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Project Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to ensure a seamless broker experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brokerage relationship management or commercial real‑estate sales.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
