Real Estate Broker – Sales & Leasing

About the role

Cresco Real Estate is seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to join its Dubai sales and leasing team. You will manage property portfolios, guide clients through transactions, and help the company achieve its growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Actively manage and grow a portfolio of properties for sale or rent.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert market advice.
• Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations to close deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Stay updated with Dubai’s real‑estate market trends and legal regulations.
• Prepare property listings and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by the company.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai with a proven track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE real‑estate broker licence (mandatory).

Required skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi, Russian) are an advantage.
