Brownfield Construction Site Lead

About the role

Worley Parsons is seeking a Brownfield Construction Site Lead to provide construction support for complex oil, gas and petrochemical projects in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures that all work follows client fabrication and installation specifications and coordinates closely with the client and project engineers throughout the project life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide construction support and ensure work complies with fabrication and installation specifications.
• Coordinate with the client to clarify construction methods and expedite review comments on documents and drawings.
• Review design packages early to eliminate rework and optimise construction.
• Chair constructability reviews and act as the primary interface for all fabrication and construction queries.
• Promote HSSE compliance and drive cost‑reduction and productivity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client procurement and construction groups.
• Assess and continuously improve working practices and systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in brownfield construction, FEED/EPC phases, and offshore projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE plans and ability to work in a multi‑disciplinary collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to lead constructability reviews and manage construction and completion activities.
