BTL & Experiential Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic BTL & Experiential Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand‑touchpoint initiatives across Dubai. You will own roadshows, test drives, product launches, retail activations and other live events, ensuring they deliver consistent brand messaging and memorable customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client briefs and brand strategies into actionable BTL activation plans, covering timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets.
• Secure and manage venues, contractors, production partners and ensure compliance with legal, insurance and health‑&‑safety requirements.
• Oversee on‑ground delivery, troubleshoot issues in real time and manage post‑event dismantling and hand‑over.
• Design and manage end‑to‑end customer journeys across pre‑event, live and post‑event touchpoints.
• Act as the primary client contact, coordinating internal creative, media, production and PR teams as well as external vendors, speakers and partners.
• Prepare, monitor and reconcile activation budgets, track costs and ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct post‑event analysis, collect engagement data, and provide insights for future campaign improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BTL, experiential, events or customer‑experience roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects in an agency environment.
• Strong project‑management, organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; advertising agency experience preferred, automotive sector experience strongly preferred.
