About the role
Lead and manage the marketing function as a strategic enabler to support sustainable business growth and revenue generation for Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and management support to the marketing team.
- Develop the strategic marketing plan for the business unit or cluster.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Position the business unit as the desired healthcare brand.
- Maintain and build sustainable relationships.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in marketing within a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven track record in a senior marketing role.
- Experience in the UAE healthcare sector (desired).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing; relevant degree preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage financial resources to achieve marketing objectives.
- Knowledge of the UAE healthcare market and brand management.
- Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing principles.
