Bus Driver for Hotel Shuttle Services

About the role

Join AccorHotel in Dubai as a Bus Driver, providing safe and courteous transportation for colleagues between their accommodation and the hotel. You will be responsible for operating the shuttle bus, maintaining its condition, and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and drop off staff at designated hotels and accommodations in a friendly manner.
• Perform routine cleaning, minor maintenance, fueling, and ensure scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed.
• Maintain accurate logbooks, trip reports, and incident reports as required.
• Address passenger complaints promptly and cooperate with housekeeping, engineering, and F&B departments.

Required profile

• Diploma or high school certificate.
• 1–3 years of experience in a 4‑5 star hotel environment or UAE driving.
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Safe operation of a passenger bus.
• Basic vehicle maintenance and fueling procedures.
