Sales Executive & Customer Service Executive

About the role

Emirates Logistics is expanding its operations and is looking for experienced professionals to join its freight and shipping team. It is hiring Sales Executives and Customer Service Executives to support business development, coordinate logistics operations and deliver excellent customer service. The position is full-time in Abu Dhabi, with an estimated salary of AED 5,000 to AED 10,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Support daily freight forwarding and shipping operations while ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth shipment handling and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and provide timely updates.
• Sales Executives: acquire new customers, develop sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Customer Service Executives: handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipment updates and support customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics.
• Previous freight and shipping experience in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Sales applicants must show a proven track record of meeting monthly targets and acquiring new customers.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, relationship management and coordination skills.
• Understanding of freight forwarding, shipping operations, logistics coordination and sales development.
