Bus Driver – Light & Heavy Vehicles

About the role

Drivenbus, an RTA‑licensed bus‑pooling project in Dubai, is hiring 12 experienced bus drivers to operate both light and heavy buses. You will transport staff and passengers safely, follow scheduled routes, and use our smart mobile app to manage operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive assigned light and heavy buses on designated routes and ad‑hoc duties.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers at all stops.
• Follow approved routes, timetables, and operational instructions via the company app.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and timesheets.
• Participate in safety briefings, training, and emergency response procedures.
• Keep the vehicle clean and perform basic upkeep.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence covering Light Bus and/or Heavy Bus categories.
• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE driving experience in bus or staff transport.
• Age 25 years or older.
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and defensive driving practices.
• Good communication skills, punctuality, and reliability under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a mobile application for route and schedule management.
