Supply Chain Planner – Dubai

About the role

As a Supply Chain Planner at Knauf GCC you will manage an end‑to‑end supply chain that integrates demand, production, raw‑material availability and inventory. The role ensures optimal service levels and cost‑effective inventory management while balancing capacity and material constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts (3‑18 months) and adjust them based on market intelligence.
• Lead the demand review cycle within the S&OP process and present demand assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Track forecast accuracy (MAPE, WMAPE) and bias at SKU and aggregate levels, performing root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain master production schedules and line scheduling for gypsum boards, Ready Mix and Profile plants.
• Monitor plant capacity utilization, ensure key material availability and manage safety stock levels.
• Own planning KPIs such as service level (OTIF), capacity utilization, inventory days and forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics or Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in demand, supply and production planning, preferably in building materials or FMCG.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• ERP systems – SAP and Blue Yonder.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and Tableau for reporting and insights.
