Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

The Business Analyst will support digital transformation initiatives across IT, banking, finance, e‑commerce and related sectors in Dubai. You will translate strategic business goals into clear technical specifications and help modernise operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, map functional specifications and document user stories.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical execution teams.
• Analyse existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose automation or optimisation solutions.
• Evaluate business intelligence data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support project managers throughout the full lifecycle of digital transformation programmes.
• Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRD), System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering and process optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working on digital transformation projects in a multi‑disciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Business requirement modelling.
• Data analytics software.
• Process‑mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with digital project frameworks and technical documentation (BRD, SRS).
