Business Analyst Solution Consultant - AI and Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst Solution Consultant who will bridge client business challenges with AI‑driven automation and integration solutions. You will work closely with clients to uncover needs, design future‑state processes, and guide technical teams to deliver robust, commercially viable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand client objectives, pain points, and stakeholder landscape.
• Document current (AS‑IS) processes, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized (TO‑BE) workflows.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design functional solutions using workflow automation, n8n, APIs, AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, chatbots, and voice AI, ensuring technical feasibility with developers.
• Support presales activities by creating proposals, defining scope, and assisting with effort estimation and pricing.
• Define UAT scenarios, coordinate testing with client stakeholders, track defects, and ensure smooth handover to development.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Strong client‑facing and analytical abilities with excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical automation and AI solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
