PMO Analyst – Dubai (UAE National)

About the role

The PMO Analyst will support project and portfolio management activities across the business, delivering accurate insights on performance, identifying risks and trends, and using AI and automation to boost efficiency and decision‑making quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, tracking, reporting and governance for the entire portfolio.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, action trackers and dashboards, monitoring scope, schedule, budget and KPIs.
• Prepare regular management and executive‑level status reports and support governance meetings, steering committees and portfolio reviews.
• Analyze project and portfolio data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, creating Power BI/Excel dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform forecasting and scenario analysis for timelines, resources and costs.
• Identify and implement AI‑enabled solutions and automation (e.g., Power Automate, Python scripts) to streamline reporting and data‑management activities.
• Develop templates, workflows and standardized reporting mechanisms to raise PMO maturity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, IT, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in PMO, project management, business analysis or portfolio management.
• Strong background in project reporting, governance and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and present data‑driven insights.

• Project‑management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI‑PMOCP)
