Business Consultant – Business Setup & Company Formation

About the role

Ampsy Consultancy LLC is looking for a motivated Business Consultant to guide entrepreneurs, investors and companies through the process of setting up and expanding their businesses in the UAE. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and recommending the most suitable business setup solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries from phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, website leads, walk‑ins and referrals.
• Analyse client requirements and propose appropriate company formation options, legal structures, licensing and visa solutions.
• Prepare and present competitive business setup proposals and quotations.
• Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and monitor the sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, free‑zone authorities and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure timely processing of applications.
• Stay updated on UAE business regulations, free‑zone packages and licensing procedures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE business setup, licensing and visa processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of converting leads into sales.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship‑building skills.
