About the role

Join Dassault Systèmes' Infrastructure, Energy & Materials team in Dubai as a Business Developer. You will drive growth across capital‑intensive sectors such as rail infrastructure, clean‑energy projects and sustainable material production, leveraging the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and Virtual Twin technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure quick‑win opportunities that deliver measurable value using Industry Process Experiences and packaged solutions.
• Shape mid‑ and long‑term market expansion by establishing strategic partnerships and first‑of‑its‑kind deployments.
• Engage asset owners, operators and global contractors to demonstrate how Virtual Twin experiences improve program execution and asset lifecycle performance.
• Transform large‑scale capital programmes into recurring, high‑revenue business opportunities.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical/industry background.
• 15+ years of experience in asset‑intensive sectors (rail, clean energy, green metals, critical minerals).
• Proven network and deep understanding of large project dynamics.
• High degree of autonomy, proactivity and industry knowledge.
