About the role

The Associate Representative – Customer Service will handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk‑ins, providing prompt resolutions and information. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and timely service.

Key responsibilities

Interact with customers by phone or in person, addressing inquiries, complaints, special orders, and returns.
Obtain and examine relevant information to assess complaint validity and determine causes.
Process orders, provide pricing and service updates, and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments and complete customer invoicing.
Identify additional product or service opportunities and collaborate with sales managers on follow‑up.

Required profile

High School Diploma required; Associate degree or College Diploma preferred.
0‑2 years of relevant experience, with 1 year of sales experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Basic problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
