Business Developer – UAE Market

About the role

TheARLab is looking for a Business Developer to drive growth across the UAE market. You will join the Dubai Business Development team, working closely with a colleague to target mid‑market and boutique agencies as well as direct clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline for mid‑market and boutique agencies and direct clients in the UAE.
• Collaborate with the Dubai BD team to divide accounts, share market intelligence and present a unified front to prospects.
• Develop and nurture a network of agency and client contacts to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
• Represent TheARLab at industry events, client meetings and networking functions across the UAE to strengthen brand presence.
• Contribute to the UAE business development strategy, including target‑account lists for agencies and direct clients.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of business development, sales or account management experience, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Established network and market knowledge in the UAE, with existing relationships to mid‑market and boutique agencies or direct clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new‑business and revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing abilities; comfortable presenting to senior and C‑level stakeholders.
