Business Development Executive – B2B AML & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our B2B client base for AML and compliance services in Dubai. The role focuses on identifying new corporate opportunities, building relationships with senior decision‑makers, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities for AML and compliance services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, networking events and meetings.
• Develop relationships with company owners, senior management and relevant decision‑makers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable AML/compliance solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up to close deals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify sectors that may need AML services.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting prospects.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of the UAE business landscape.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and senior decision‑makers is preferred.
