Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Al Rostamani Group’s Central Trading Company in Dubai as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotations, and supporting smooth showroom operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and emails related to sales queries in a professional manner.
• Inform customers about unit prices, product availability, delivery dates and any anticipated delays.
• Prepare sales quotations, ensure correct pricing and discounts, and obtain supervisor approval.
• Enter orders into the company’s system and monitor processing to meet agreed delivery requirements.
• Communicate estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties and handle any changes proactively.
• Maintain filing systems, sales records and generate reports for the finance department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries and deliveries.
• Comply with the company’s Quality Management System requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher Secondary or Diploma; Bachelor degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in an FMCG sales environment.

Required skills

• Customer and personal service orientation.
• Sales and marketing knowledge, including product demonstration and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written); Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
• Active listening and social perceptiveness.
