Business Development Executive – Dubai & MENA

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint across Dubai and the wider MENA region. The successful candidate will work independently, represent the company on‑site, and collaborate closely with the head office to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across Dubai and the MENA region.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, including developers, consultants, contractors and corporate clients.
• Leverage existing industry networks to generate leads and conduct market research on upcoming projects and trends.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
• Coordinate with the head office on strategy, proposals, reporting and contract discussions.
• Track, update and manage leads using the CRM system and provide regular pipeline and KPI reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related field (MBA preferred).
• 6‑10 years of relevant experience in the UAE with a strong network in engineering consultancy, architecture or construction.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Proven track record of winning or supporting project acquisition in the Dubai market.
• Strong initiative, independent work style and excellent time‑management discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
