Senior Key Account Manager

About the role

RAYNE is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for its clients across the GCC. You will build and deepen relationships with leading law firms, multinationals and government entities, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all RAYNE clients in the region, fostering trusted advisor relationships.
• Develop and execute tailored client engagement strategies for each account.
• Coordinate with internal teams to match client needs with top legal professionals and ensure seamless delivery.
• Represent RAYNE at client meetings, networking events and industry forums.
• Collaborate with leadership on commercial strategy, account growth and client retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client or professional services account management, preferably within legal or consultancy sectors in the UAE.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage high‑profile relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of handling 50+ accounts simultaneously with a client‑first mindset.
