Business Development Executive – HVAC & MEP Services

About the role

Cycom Technical Services is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth of its HVAC, MEP, fit‑out and IT network service portfolio across the UAE. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site to identify new opportunities, build client relationships and support the company’s market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads for HVAC, MEP, fit‑out and IT network projects.
• Prepare, present and negotiate proposals and contracts with prospective clients.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring client requirements are met through coordination with technical and operations teams.
• Conduct market research and attend industry events to stay informed of trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and provide regular updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation, preferably within HVAC, MEP, construction or related technical services in the UAE.
• Strong account management abilities with a track record of negotiating and closing contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in delivering presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
