Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on expanding our affiliate network, driving revenue across multiple market sectors, and strengthening relationships with both new and existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new affiliate partners across diverse industries.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners, conducting performance reviews and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Generate business by prospecting new customers through phone, email and networking.
• Achieve sales quotas and individual account targets, monitoring pipelines and negotiating contract terms.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and consulting teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Prepare regular sales, revenue and financial reports, including market analysis and competitive insights.
• Conduct periodic business and account reviews to align strategies with company goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; Russian or Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
