Business Development Executive

About the role

Core play Sports is expanding its 3v3_DXB football concept across the UAE and seeks a proactive Business Development Executive. This part‑time, commission‑driven position focuses on generating new revenue streams through events, partnerships and corporate activations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in sectors such as birthday parties, private events, football academies, schools, corporate events and community activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers, present the 3v3 concept and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and activations.
• Track sales pipeline, report progress and continuously seek new commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or partnership roles.
• Strong understanding of football and the UAE sports market.
• Confident communicator who can approach new contacts and build lasting relationships.
• Self‑starter with the ability to create and pursue opportunities independently.
• Existing network within football clubs, schools, academies or corporate circles is a significant advantage.
