Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in Dubai’s on‑demand manpower supply and construction sectors. The successful candidate will identify, negotiate and secure new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, qualify and secure high‑value business opportunities across diverse industry verticals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients to achieve revenue goals.
• Draft, refine and present customized proposals and service offerings aligned with client needs.
• Conduct compelling pitches to C‑level executives, positioning our solutions as the premier choice.
• Lead commercial negotiations, draft contract terms and close deals while protecting margins.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years proven Business Development experience in the UAE, preferably in on‑demand manpower supply or construction.
• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, contract negotiations and achieving commercial targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence (vehicle provided) for regular client visits.
