Business Development Executive – Joinery & Construction

About the role

Royal Joinery, part of United Al Saqer Group, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in its specialised joinery and interior fit‑out division. Based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, you will work on high‑profile projects, building relationships and promoting the company’s expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Create awareness and implement effective sales‑approach strategies.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive contacts database each month.
• Formulate and execute short‑ and long‑term business strategies and plans.
• Conduct consumer and market research to identify business‑friendly propositions.
• Perform market surveys to assess competitor products and pricing.
• Promote the company and its services across all social‑media channels.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in joinery, interior fit‑out or construction.
• Proven track record on large projects within the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
