About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our award‑winning Holiday & Short Term Rentals team. You will be responsible for expanding our portfolio of rental properties by building strong relationships with landlords in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and approach landlords using our CRM system, Dubizzle and internal databases.
Onboard a minimum of eight new properties each month.
Handle referrals from internal agents and negotiate lease agreements.
Meet landlords, secure signed agreements and present financial projections.
Develop daily rapport with potential landlords and conduct market research to prepare presentation materials.

Required profile

At least 2 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
Proven experience in the Dubai real‑estate market.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales abilities.
Excellent English communication and a track record of improving customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a commission‑based environment.
