Real Estate Agent – Secondary & Off‑Plan Sales

About the role

Huaxin Real Estate is expanding its International Sales Team in Dubai and is looking for motivated Real Estate Agents to handle secondary and off‑plan property transactions. The role involves generating leads, advising clients on buying and investment options, and guiding them through the full sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through calls, networking, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Understand clients’ property requirements and present suitable secondary and off‑plan options.
• Conduct property viewings and support clients throughout negotiations and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, project details, pricing and payment plans.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real‑estate sales is preferred; 1–3+ years of sales experience welcomed.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Arabic, Russian, Hindi or Urdu are a plus.
