Business Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager with deep knowledge of the hotel industry. The role focuses on building relationships with hotel owners, operators, general managers and corporate hospitality groups across the UAE and GCC, and presenting TDH solutions to address their operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and hospitality groups.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified hospitality opportunities.
• Establish relationships with hotel General Managers, Operations Directors, IT leaders, F&B and Rooms Division teams, Procurement, Finance and other corporate decision‑makers.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings, product presentations and demonstrations.
• Understand each hotel’s operational challenges and position TDH solutions accordingly.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with TDH product, onboarding, operations and management teams for successful client handover.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting information.
• Attend hospitality exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Monitor market trends, new hotel openings and management agreements to uncover strategic opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets and identify cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant business development, sales or hospitality experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and the hospitality business environment.
• Existing network within the UAE hotel industry.
• Proven ability to develop long‑term client relationships and meet sales targets.
