Business Development Manager - Interior Fitout

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive new revenue streams for a leading interior design and fit‑out firm in Dubai. You will identify opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail and office sectors, build strong client relationships and work closely with design and estimation teams to deliver winning proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior architecture market.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling and market research.
• Maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers and corporate clients.
• Conduct client meetings to capture project requirements and present service offerings.
• Coordinate with design and estimation teams to prepare proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts, follow up on inquiries and close sales deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the interior fit‑out industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a proactive, results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
