Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our Dubai team at AUS Global, a fast‑growing Forex and CFD broker. The role focuses on developing and executing strategies that drive growth, strengthen partner relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and nurture new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and client partners.
• Support existing IBs through email, phone and video communications to expand their business.
• Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team leader and senior management.
• Achieve monthly sales goals in line with the business plan.
• Represent the company at expos, events and industry conferences.
• Manage partner expectations and keep them informed about broker updates.
• Travel to regional markets as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in business development or sales within a Forex/CFD brokerage.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially Forex and CFDs.
• Self‑motivated, outgoing, results‑driven and confident communicator.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Codex, Claude or ChatGPT.
• Experience using AI‑powered research agents for lead generation and market analysis.
